Semi-Private Pilates in Wollongong

Your own program. Just not on your own.

Semi-private Pilates is a 1:3 session — you, two other people, and one instructor. Everyone works to their own program, written for their own body. You get the individual attention and progression of a private session, at close to half the cost.

Who it suits

You’ve outgrown group classes but want more than a set format

You’re managing an injury, back pain or a specific goal

You want the accountability of a regular booked time

You’d rather train alongside others than alone

How it works

Every new client starts with an Initial Consultation ($100) — a 1:1 assessment where we look at your body, your movement and your goals, and build your program. From there you’re matched into a semi-private time that suits your schedule and stage.

Pricing

$55 per session, or $50 with 3+ sessions a week.

Private vs Semi-Private

Both are fully personalised and suitable for injuries, rehab and specific goals; the difference is simply how much one-on-one attention you get.

Format Private (1:1): you and your instructor. Semi-Private (1:3): you and two others, one instructor, each on your own program.

Attention — Private: full, undivided. Semi-Private: your own program with a little less one-on-one time.

Suitable for injuries & rehab — both: yes.

Best for — Private: maximum attention, total privacy, most hands-on progression. Semi-Private: the same individualised, injury-safe programming at a lower cost, with accountability and a bit of social energy.

Price — Private: $100/session, less for 2+ per week or an ongoing commitment. Semi-Private: $55/session, dropping to $50 with 3+ sessions a week.

Your semi-private is led by the same instructors who teach our private sessions — all Diploma-qualified or Comprehensively Trained — so you get genuinely individual coaching in a small group, at a lower per-session cost.

Will I really get individual attention with two others?

Yes. Sessions are capped at 1:3 and every person follows their own written program, built at your initial consultation. Your instructor moves between you, cueing and progressing your specific exercises — not running one generic class.
