At Humans in Movement, your Pilates training is guided by highly qualified instructors including those with diploma, womenβs health specialities, Physiotherapy backgrounds, with a deep understanding of movement, injury and progression.
Rather than following a set class format, your sessions are adapted to your body, whether youβre working with pain or injury, or training for a triathlon we will meet you where you are and continue to support and progress you towards your goals.
How do I start?
Start with an Initial Consultation
If you are a new client to Humans in Movement you can book your initial consultation below so we can assess your body and movement in a 1:1 session. We will be able to then understand your goals and create a personalised program while helping you with the best next appointment type for you and your body.
Private & Semi Private Pilates
Choose 1:1 for full individual support, or semi private 1:3 for a personalised program in a small group setting.
If youβre comfortable joining a group, this is a supportive way to build strength and confidence.
