I am a Diploma Certified Pilates Instructor and have been teaching since 2017.
I enjoy working with people of all age groups especially Active Aging, Perimenopause and Menopausal women. I have experience working with clients with Osteoporosis, Arthritis, hip and Knee pathologies.
I'm passionate about creating a positive, motivating atmosphere where client's can achieve their wellness goals with a personalised Pilates Program using The Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Mat.
I'm focused on empowering you to build a strong a strong, resilient body and mind.

Hi, I’m natalia
Instructor since 2013. My passion is to teach Privates and semi-private classes, with a background in Physiotherapy, I really enjoy the rehabilitation aspect that Pilates can offer and the prevention base that comes with it. I am also trained in Pre/Post Natal, and I taught many mum's and bubs groups classes.
What can you expect from my classes/sessions:
Pilates Foundations in every cue, a passion for stability and control, a good feeling at the end of every session. Structural sessions that will help you to create balance, strength and ease in your body.
I have Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy at Federal University of Sao Carlos - Brazil- 2007 Diploma of Sports and Remedial Massage at ACNT in Sydney 2008. Certified Pilates Instructor trained at Polestar Pilates Centre in Sydney with focus in rehabilitation in 2013 Trained in pre and post natal Pilates at the Center for Woman's Fitness by Carolyne Anthony
As the owner of Humans in Movement Illawarra, my passion for movement started from an early age, I was obsessed with all things outdoors. Trail running, rock climbing, water sports, and hiking have always brought me a sense of freedom and joy.
When I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 14, I found that exercise became a vital outlet to help me manage the emotional stress of living with a chronic illness. Movement became more than just physical—it became a form of healing, both for my body and mind.
I'm passionate about making the joy of movement accessible to everyone and helping others discover how empowering and transformative it can be.
I am a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body Education, an Integrated Movement Specialist, Spinefitter by Sissel Educator, CoreAlign Instructor, and a Personal Trainer. I have also completed my Balanced Body Master Instructor training Lvl 1, owned and sold a Pilates studio in Hawaii, and now work as an educator for Pilates Education Australia teaching new instructors both Pilates and Anatomy.
My main teaching focuses are athletic conditioning, injury prevention, women’s health, and inclusive movement for all abilities.
As an Educator, I love sharing knowledge with other movement professionals and helping them enhance their clients’ experiences. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing others thrive through movement.

Hi, I’m Sunni
I’m a Pilates Instructor with a physiotherapy background, passionate about helping people move with confidence, ease, and strength. My approach blends evidence-based physiotherapy knowledge with mindful Pilates principles to create sessions that are safe, effective, and tailored to each individual.
With experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a past as a recreational runner, I understand how movement supports recovery, performance, and long-term well-being. In my classes, I focus on building functional strength, improving mobility, and preventing injury through precise, mindful movement.
I’m here to guide clients toward better movement and a stronger connection with their bodies.
I am fully qualified in Pilates, from Mat to Studio and I am also currently studying to become a Menopause coach, so I can assist you to understand what you are going through and help you thrive and become the strongest version of yourself! I also have a Bachelor diploma in Physical Education in Brazil
I'm here to take you to the next level of movement so you feel awesome on your body! And I might throw you a little Brazilian sass too and can’t wait to meet you in the studio
