We run weekly small group classes with a maximum of 8 participants, including Mat Pilates, Release and Restore, Mat Fusion and Studio Circuit Pilates

You can book a individual one off casual class or save with a 5 or 10 class pass which once purchased you will be provided your unique code & sent a link via email to book your classes. Or you can use the Book Classes button at the top of the screen

Mat Pilates with Sunni:

A physiotherapy-led Mat Pilates class using targeted, purposeful movement to support strength, postural alignment, and efficient movement patterns with physiotherapist Sunni

Release and Restore:

A slower-paced class designed to protect and strengthen your tendons, improve postural alignment, and incorporate breath work to gently reset the nervous system.

Mat Pilates Fusion with Gaby:

This class blends Mat Pilates for core stability and mobility with progressive strength training using weights. A safe and supportive approach to building strength, particularly for women's health and menopause. Led by our specialist trainer Gaby

Quite Hour Circuit Pilates Class

This Circuit Pilates Class has been specifically designed for people who find loud music overwhelming or too distracting in group class. It will be held with low lighting and no music to assist with less distractions throughout class. It is an opportunity to try all the Pilates equipment in our studio, perfect for people with reformer experience who would like to try other Pilates equipment. This class is beginner friendly

Mat Pilates with Liz:

Mat Pilates is a blend of Classical and Contemporary Pilates. It is open to all students of any level and is designed to help improve core stability, posture, and overall mobility using controlled, mindful movement with Liz Lees
