Self Mastery Pilates Instructor Mentoring with our studio owner & Pilates Education Australia Educator Liz Lees.
These sessions have been designed specifically for Pilates Teachers who want to improve their own self-mastery. Whether you are just starting in teaching Pilates or have been teaching for years. Non instructors who are Pilates enthusiasts are welcome also.
You have the option to book in a 1:1 session, a 1:3 shared session or join the Self Mastery Circuit Pilates Class. You can find more information and book below
Self Mastery Private Sessions 1:1 - 55 minutes @ A$100.00
These private sessions are with Liz, our studio owner & Pilates Education Australia Educator. Liz will work with you to understand your goals and help you build towards a more advanced repertoire in a 1:1 setting.
Self-Mastery Shared Session: split between 1-3 instructors - 55 minutes @ A$100.00
With the same format as the Private sessions but in a 1:3 setting, you can split the cost with 1-2 other instructors. However you will need to find and organise the other people this is not a semi private. Sessions are 55 mins & remain the same cost if 1,2 or 3 teachers attend the session.
Self Mastery Circuit Pilates - 55 minutes @ A$25.00
Held every Thursday from 1:30pm – 2:25pm this 55-minute class will start with a group warm up to release and activate what we need for the upcoming exercises. Then you will rotate around 8 Stations on various equipment. Equipment included
2 reformer stations
1 Barrel station
1 Cadi Station
2 Chair Stations
1 Bodhi Suspension System Station
1 Mat Station
Pilates Classes:
We also have 3 other Mat classes running in the evening Monday 6pm with Liz
Tuesday 5:30pm Mat / Weights Fusion with Gaby
Thursday 5:30 with Sunni (our studio's Physiotherapist and Clinical Instructor)
5 & 10 Class Passes Available:
If you want to save further for your classes, you can buy a 5 pack $115.00 or 10 pack $210.00 to be used across our classes (except stretch and restore)
These sessions are not the best option if you are past 16 weeks pregnant please reach out so we can assist with the most beneficial option for you
