Wunda Chair teacher training is ideal for instructors ready to expand beyond Mat and Reformer, and for those who want to build confidence in programming for strength, balance, and functional control.
The repertoire ranges from foundational seated footwork and spinal articulation to standing work, inversions, and whole body challenges. When understood properly, the Chair becomes one of the most versatile pieces of studio equipment.
This module includes a deep dive into anatomy, injuries and guidelines for the upper limb, as well as client assessments, initial consultations and programming for semi privates and group classes.

She is an Integrated Movement Specialist, CoreAlign Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Liz’s main teaching passions are athletic conditioning and injury prevention, women’s health, and Movement for all abilities.
